Reishi

chaga
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus Fuscoporia obliqua) is the most common name (Russian: pronounced tsjah-ga) for a fungus or mushroom from the Hymenochaetaceae family. This fungus is rare in the Netherlands and is called Birch weather fungus. Chaga enjoys an above-average reputation among the general public. This fungus has been the subject of scientific research for many decades.

Shiitake
The Shiitake is a mushroom from China and Japan and is widely used in the kitchen there.
Shiitake has several benefits, such as being full of vitamins, potassium and magnesium. It also contains 13 g of protein per 100 grams.

Maitake
The Maitake (Grifola frondosa) has a white to brown-grey color. The mushroom has a stem with fan-shaped caps that can grow to four to ten centimeters. The Maitake mushroom is mainly used in Asian cuisine. After harvesting the Maitake mushroom, it is processed into a fine powder.

Cordyceps

The trembling fungus (Tremella fuciformis) occurs on dead branches. The trembling fungus is mainly known in Asian cuisine. The color of the vibrating fungus is yellow-orange.
