The missing/damaged product will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible. We reserve the right to check your message using our internal administration.

Complaints must be dealt with within 14 days of notification, if out of necessity this is going to last longer than 14 days you will get a receipt and an indication when you can receive a more detailed answer.
If we are not able to deliver all of your order, we will inform you.
If you do not want to substitute an article , the total price will be adjusted or you may terminate the agreement with us. Already paid amounts will be paid back as soon as possible.
