cloves
licorice root
cardamom
ginger
mate
fennel
cinnamon
knotweed herb
peppermint
sage
black pepper
ginseng root

Contains licorice:
People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.

Contains caffeine:
Not recommended for children and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Preparation:
For 1 cup of tea
Pour boiling water over 1 coffee spoon and let it steep for 5 minutes.
